I have been there twice in the past month and both times I was very disappointed with the service I received from the staff. On the 1st visit the waitress was almost openly hostile toward myself and my family and stayed that way until I spoke with a manager who apologized, but did little else. We went back thinking that this was an isolated incident, but when I got a plate from the Mongolian Grill that cook was almost as rude as the waitress from the trip before. The only thing he said to me was Thank You as he tapped his tip jar that had Thank You taped to it. He also was almost openly hostile and never smiled. The food was acceptable as far as Chinese Buffets go, but there are too many other restaurants in Houma that have equal or better food and have a more caring and professional staff.
